While I don’t enjoy losing my loved ones, I have found that I must remember His ways are not like ours.

Furthermore, EACH of us has a mission on this earth and God will call EACH of us home when it is our time. His will, not ours.

Therefore, my fellow brother and sister in Christ, let God mend your broken heart.

With time, this too shall pass.

There is someone out there struggling with the loss of a loved one.

I share this post, so that you may find comfort in God’s unconditional love. Perhaps you will find comfort in the memories of love shared with that loved one [READ FULL ARTICLE, link in BIO].

I vividly remember every Sunday my Mom taking us to Central Park for a picnic. The memory is one FULL OF LOVE. That allows me to create feelings of peace and comfort in this time of loss.

Do I miss my mother?

ABSOLUTELY, but I take comfort in the knowledge that:
1. She is in a better place
2. She is still with me in spirit
3. God is carrying me through the rough patches
4. I will always have memories of her gift of love

God is love and love is of God. Thank you God for giving me the gift of my mother’s love.
God will NEVER give us more than we can bear.

My everything - mother and best friend.

I miss you so much - but I love you so much and know that you are in a much better place.

Besides you will always be in my heart.

Leaning on God’s promises right now Mom:
1. He will never fail or forsake us
2. He will never give us more than we can bear
3. God is working all for good
4. He will meet my daily need for comfort

Where is my strength coming from during this time of loss? My God, my family [husband, sisters, nieces, nephew, close relatives], and my amazing friends.
