I have a story to tell you

A story about a little girl who was emotionally and physically abused; a little girl who was starved for four years and ridiculed because she had a
“funny West Indian accent.” 

”That little girl grew up with a LOT of beliefs that were not grounded in truth and love. She also developed some unhealthy patterns of thinking, which caused her to create emotions and feelings she did not know how to cope with. She lacked the cognitive skills to process what was happening and did not know that she was 100% responsible for creating the emotions and feelings she was experiencing. Those erroneous beliefs shaped most of her life until one day in 2018.

That little girl is me, Dr. Susan Regisford, Dss. I had been on a quest since I was 16 years old to understand why. A lack of knowledge and misguided beliefs caused me to develop a weight issue. In 2020, I realized that my physical, emotional, mental, and financial health were dependent on my spiritual health. We will never be totally healthy until we get healthy internally.
