The Spiritual Pillar deals with the strength of your spiritual beliefs.  What you believe impacts the decisions you make in life, which ultimately affects your happiness.


The Emotional Pillar relates to your emotional intelligence and your ability to tolerate emotional discomfort.  How you respond when your expectations are not met will decide whether you achieve your full potential or not.  Your response will also determine whether you suffer or struggle needlessly to achieve your goals.


The Physical Pillar considers your physical health. Since all four pillars are intimately connected, if you are physically unhealthy, there will be added stress [emotional as well as financial], which further destroys your joy and peace.


The Financial Pillar is important because our financial wellbeing is one of our biggest concerns in life.  When your finances are in disarray, your stress is often high, which takes a toll, emotionally, spiritually, and physically.

 You may not need to restore all four pillars and may find that only a few things need adjusting; however, we may discover that some serious repairs need to be done.  We take the time to address each issue in a suportive and encouraging environment that nurtures your innate strengths and abilities.

Changing your lifestyle is not something that happens overnight; however, with consistent commitment to doing the work and applying the tools we teach, change will gradually begin to occur in your life. Approach is an integrative process that I developed after forty years of struggling to be happy.  It is a four-step approach that examines the current strength and health of your pillars (your lifestyle).  I help you gain clarity about your calling and purpose; the obstacles; your needs; your focus; your identity; and desires.  It is a reflection and examination process that is encouraged and supported in a loving environment.  I help you become aware of your energy; how you nourish yourself; and put it all together to foster your transformation.
