Hi, my name is Dr. Susan Regisford. I am not just a physician with thirty years of medical experience, I am also a person who struggled to lose weight and to keep it off. After hitting rock bottom in 2018, I was fed-up and made it my mission to figure out why and how to lose the weight and to keep it off. Today, I am 60 pounds lighter and for the first time, I can say I am keeping it off [2 years and counting].
