Everyone Has Their Own Unique Approach To Life

Although our approach to life is unique; we all seek the same objective. Ask anyone what their goal is, and you will inevitably find at the core of every life is a desire to be satisfied, and to feel that they “made a difference” in the world, no matter how small. Sure, not everyone will make a grand entrance; for some of the greatest performances have gone unknown or unnoticed by a significant percentage of the world.

YOUR APPROACH TO LIFE IS UNIQUELY YOU

That is to be expected, since we all experience life differently. However, it is always important to remember that we do not operate on an island. We need each other to help us live and achieve our full potential. We push each other directly and indirectly to be better versions of ourselves. No matter who you are, you need someone else because we are relational and social beings. Unfortunately, some people choose the wrong people and environments to socialize with and in. If we want to achieve our full potential, we must be wise and learn to discern those who genuinely have our best interests at heart.

SOMETIMES WE MAY HAVE TO LET GO OF COMFORT

One of the hardest things for many people to do is let go. Learning to let go of old and familiar people, places, and things at first may seem difficult; however, when you understand that your comfort zone is blocking your growth, it becomes easier to let go. Many of us, and I am just as guilty, struggle to let go of our comfort zone. Yet, the realization that one has to step out of their comfort zone if growth is to happen was a sobering moment in my life about four years ago. If you think about it and observe nature, you will see how change unfolds gradually, almost imperceptibly; however, growth and change is occurring daily.

YOU ARE DIFFERENT TODAY THAN YOU WERE YESTERDAY

The idea that we can halt or prevent change is perhaps one of the biggest fallacies of life. Furthermore, trying to prevent change is counterproductive. To become the best versions of our selves require us to be comfortable with embracing and accepting change. Although that may be initially uncomfortable, when you stop to think about it, you begin to appreciate the beauty of change. I want to be the best version of myself. WHY? I believe that that the best version of myself will be the self that is totally healthy, the self that is living abundantly, and by default the self that is embracing and sharing love abundantly daily. The self that is living in and from a state of maximum jopeco daily.

I AM NOT A SAINT, NOR AM I DELUISONAL, I SIMPLY BELIEVE

I believe that at some point in everyone’s life, you stop and examine your story. In that brief moment in time of honesty, you realize some important truths. Yet, you being an emotionally intelligent as well as intelligent person come to a healthy conclusion. A conclusion where you must make a choice and doing nothing is also making a choice. You can either continue down this path, or you can choose a different path. What is your desire? What do you want most in life? When you figure that out, it becomes that much easier to make the change if what you have is not what you desire or want most in life.

KNOWING YOUR PURPOSE IS KEY TO LIVING ABUNDANTLY

If you do not know why you are here, you will more than likely spend a lot of time lost and confused. Sadly, you may also make some unhealthy decisions, which may have long lasting negative effects. Still, it is never too late to learn your purpose. You simply have to decide, make the commitment to seeking truth, and trust in the power of love.
