View Your Body As A Beautiful Plant Or Flower

What Does A Plant Or Flower Need To Be Healthy?

Now think about what happens when that plant does not get the right amount or correct nutrients. The human body needs certain nutrients to survive, thrive, be healthy, and look as beautiful as that plant or flower.

A lot of those nutrients your body needs come from plants, directly and indirectly.

Eat Your Fruits And Vegetables

The nutrients you get from fruits and vegetables, nourish your body, and help you to grow as beautiful as that plant or flower that you love. Just as plants needs sunlight to thrive, your body also benefits from sunlight.

Take A Walk

Walking is not only a good way to get fit or stay fit; it gives you a chance to get exposed to sunlight, which is necessary for the synthesis of an important vitamin (VITAMIN D).

Boosts your blood levels of naturally occurring opiates called endorphins, which helps to reduce your stress level. However, before you go running to lie in the sun for extended periods of time to get high or feel good, REMEMBER, everything in moderation.

Plants need water to thrive, grow, and look beautiful and lush; so too does your body.

Drink Your Water

Do you remember what happened when you forgot to water your plant, or you gave it too much water?

Your body will do the same thing, luckily for you (IF YOU HAVE NO KIDNEY or HEART ISSUES), when you take in excess water, you can run to the bathroom.

Give your body the right amount of water for YOUR NEEDS. Remember these are recommendations, since your medical conditions may impact the amount of water (fluids) you can consume daily.

Men, approximately 4 liters daily (HUH?) and women, approximately 3 liters daily.

Your body is 50-60% WATER: yep, you need water for a lot of your body’s daily functions.

Benefits Of Water

Cleans the toxic waste out of your body (you sweat and go to the bathroom to get rid of that waste).

Regulates your body temperature (ever wondered why sometimes you feel like you are over-heating; the same thing happens to your car engines when there is not enough water-you overheat).  You thought we were talking about plants, well changed it up so you can get a more impactful VISION.

Water is a great lubricant, keeps your joints and cartilage nicely lubed.

Think of that lush grass that cushions you when you lie in the park or in your back yard; water cushions and protect your vital organs and sensitive tissues.

Helps you maintain a healthy weight and may even help you lose weight. Since dehydration can mimic hunger, sometimes before you reach for food, try a glass of water instead.

If you suffer from headaches, something you may need to pay attention to is the amount of water you drink daily. Dehydration causes headaches.

Plants Rest At Nights And So Should You

If you do not give yourself time to heal, you will ultimately compromise your total health. You will not grow into that healthy and beautiful flower you were created to be. We need adequate hours of rest daily so that the body and the organs can take a break from all the work they do during the day to keep you standing. In essence our bodies need to heal and repair from the damages of daily living.

Learn to be still periodically throughout the day. Pray and meditate daily to allow you to connect to your body and hear what it needs. Sometimes you think you need more, when in reality you may need less. Take the time to listen and tune in to the small quiet voice within you and be discerning of what no longer serves your total health.
