Spiritual has a different meaning for each person; however, for many, spirituality is equated to their religious beliefs. The spiritual pillar is the most important of the four pillars.
Our four pillars also need a foundation, and that foundation is SPIRITUAL. We cannot build a structurally sound body without a strong foundation. To be the BEST VERSION of ourselves starts with getting in complete spiritual alignment.

For many it’s their faith and for me, it’s my belief in Jesus Christ.
Despite the evidence and what you may be feeling, God never gives you more than you can bear; and He does indeed, turn what was meant for your harm into good if you are patient enough to wait on His timing.
GETTING THE MOST FROM YOUR PRACTICE
Practicing your spiritual routine(s) daily will help you stay grounded and allow you to regain your focus when things become stressful or chaotic. Taking a moment to pray when you need clarity may not seem possible when you are strapped for time; however, a simple “God, please help me” is enough to bring calm to your mind and soul. A mindful pause may also be helpful for many.
