Why You Should Never Give Up On Your Goal

If your goal is something that benefits your total health and the health of others, please take a moment to gain clarity about why this goal is important. When you succeed, the entire world benefits from your achievement, because when you feel happy, the entire world benefits. Think of the important impact your well-being and health can have on the world. One person can make a difference to the lives of many, who may pay-it-forward and impact millions. I know, one man impacted my spiritual health and helped me to understand the importance of spiritual alignment to our TOTAL HEALTH [I am still a work in progress].

INSIDE HEALTH IMPACTS OUTSIDE HEALTH

A healthy plant bears healthy fruit. The analogy applies to our human bodies. A healthy inside [mind, emotional, and soul health] bears a healthy body and finances. For decades I did not make the connection. Thus, for decades I was on the diet roller-coaster. Every other week I was on a new diet, only to get frustrated, fail again, and regain the weight. Here is the plus side to this story, when you understand the root causes behind your weight issue, you not only lose the weight and keep it off, but you also LIVE abundantly daily. No, I am not saying there will never be trials and tribulations, I am saying you will maintain your joy, peace, and contentment [jopeco level] daily because you are confident in the power, might, and love of your provider.

SPIRITUAL ALIGNMENT IMPACTS YOUR STATE

The state [S] you are in daily impacts the choices [C] you make daily, which impact your life. When you are in a state that empowers, you are more likely to consistently make healthy choices. The opposite is equally true, when your state depletes, like being anxious, panicked, irritable, afraid, worried, stressed, resentful, bitter, jealous, covetous, selfish, ungrateful, arrogant, critical, judgmental, angry, add what whatever other negative state comes to mind, and you begin to see how your internal state is impacting your physical body and your finances. What happens in the dark will eventually come into the light. We cannot hide from the light, no matter how hard we try and do not be deceived into thinking you have gotten away with it.

S + T = C, which impacts our life. If you are not happy with your life, then it is time to examine your S + T, so that you can consistently make healthier choices.

  1. What STATE do you live in daily, frequently, or often?
  2. What thoughts (T) are CONSTANTLY playing on your internal recorder daily?

IT IS ONLY DIFFICULT IF YOU BELIEVE IT IS

What we believe, we conceive. It is all in your mind. The answer and solution are and have always been in your mind. Here is the catch, you have to decide just how badly you want to be healthy [lose the weight], for you will have to make some changes.

  1. Change your mind
  2. Change your beliefs
  3. Change your attitudes
  4. Change your daily practices [habits]
  5. Change what you nourish your mind, heart, and soul with daily
  6. Change the people you hang around

When you have done all of the above, remember to take your P.A.L.S. [patience, acceptance, love, and sacrifice] with you daily. It is true, you will have to give up something to regain your health. You will also have to change the unhealthy habits you developed around food. No man can serve two masters. Food is not your friend, enemy, companion, comforter, strength, soul mate, or therapist. Food is simply FUEL for our organs to function optimally.
