Are The Majority Of Your Daily Actions FUELED By Fear?

Emotions and feelings are not bad or good in and of themselves. All our emotions and feelings are simply indicator lights. They are signals that something is either in alignment (joy, peace, happiness, love); or out of spiritual alignment (dis-ease, anger, agitation, anxiety, stress, 4 pillars of health issues). There are times in life when every one of these emotions are appropriate, we just may not want to linger in some of them constantly. You do not have to be a rocket scientist to understand that if you live constantly in fear, that you will be miserably unhappy, no matter the façade or mask you wear in public. Fear also makes it difficult, if not impossible for you to live abundantly. Furthermore, constant and chronic fear will destroy your TOTAL HEALTH.

WE DO NOT HAVE A SPIRIT OF FEAR

We do not have a spirit of fear but isn’t it interesting that when we are out of spiritual alignment that is the emotion and feeling that dominates our life. Thus, the solution is simple, get back in spiritual alignment. You are probably wondering how. Well, do not be like Eve and Adam, who fell for the great deception. Every action we take that is disobedient to God’s commands, statutes, and will has consequences. You may initially believe that instant gratification is the way to happiness and successful achievement of your goals; however, if you have tried it for more than a year, by now you MUST know the truth. Instant gratification is a fear based or fear driven concept.

BEHIND FEAR IS A BELIEF OF ‘NOT ENOUGH’

There are so many beliefs and thoughts we can have about “not enough,” so please add yours if none of the ones listed below resonate with you.

Behind every one of these “not enough” scenarios is comparison, dissatisfaction, and greed. Fueling your emotion and feeling of fear, is an overwhelming and powerful belief that there is “lack” in your life or a “lack” in the world and God. Ultimately, your fear that there is not enough is about your fleshy desires, needs, and wants. In other words, you predominantly have a paucity mindset instead of an abundance mindset. The first develops because you set your mind on rejecting God’s love and instead choose to walk in the flesh. You have the second when you fully accept and trust God’s love, will, and guidance [walk in the spirit, spiritually aligned].

GET OVER THE ‘NOT ENOUGH’ SYNDROME

If you live your life with this syndrome, you WILL always live in fear with a poor quality of life and BE constantly unhappy and restless. There will never be enough to satisfy you as long as you have this syndrome. Ask yourself, “What does enough look like for me?” I also like to ask, “How much does it take to be satisfied, content, and at peace?” For me, all it takes is to fully surrender and trust in God’s amazing plan for my life. All it takes is to live from a state of abundance, because my God is the abundant source. How do you get there from where you are right now, still stuck in the syndrome ofnot enough”? Get back in spiritual alignment by getting a properly functioning G.P.S.
