When you EXAMINE YOUR STORY, please remember to do so with C•A•R•E. [compassion-acceptance-respect-empathy].

If you are not happy with your life and the decisions you are repeatedly making that block your potential, take a moment to examine:
1. The words you speak daily and often to yourself
2. Your beliefs
3. Your values
4. The meaning you give to each life event
5. Your wants and desires
6. Your patterns of thinking

Always remember that the abundant life is available when you live from a state and place of unconditional love and trust.

Our attitude affects our altitude.
Whether we fail or succeed depends on our attitude.

Choose an attitude that empowers you to consistently make healthy choices that foster your TOTAL HEALTH.

My sucky attitude was responsible for me consistently choosing to indulge in cookies and ice-cream.

I still love cookies and ice cream, but now I choose to say NO, because my TOTAL HEALTH matters more to me than a moment of instant gratification.

When in doubt, S•T•O•P
STAND OR SIT STILL and breathe
THINK about your purpose or goal
OBSERVE the feelings you are creating mindfully
PRAY and patiently wait for the temptation to pass

Remember, being mindful is to observe with compassion and without taking action: NOTICE what keeps coming up for you.

When we forget this truth, it becomes easier to not treat our bodies with love or C•A•R•E.

We are temples of divinity, given a gift that we are to cherish and keep healthy.

I have to be mindful in each moment of how I am taking care of this precious gift. Sure at times, I don’t do so especially when I am in a vulnerable state.

Remember, we have the next moment or opportunity to take better care and show love to our bodies.
